Khana-e-Noor School was founded in 2004 to educate Afghan children who were far away from a standard education since they knew to read and write. In 2006 the board of governors of this institution decided to open a branch of its schools in Mazar-e-Sharif Afghanistan.

Khana-e-Noor  High School Mazar started it services with almost 80 students and 8 teachers in a primary level, by the passage of the time today we can claim to be the most leading private school in Mazar-e-Sharif among 50 schools.

Khana-e-Noor Mazar-e-Sharif is an independent school providing education for about 1800 pupils aged between 4 and 18, 120 teachers and 40 service providing personals. In Khana-e-Noor Mazar-e-Sharif we have capable and talented Afghan and foreign teachers. Khana-e-Noor school Mazar-e-Sharif provides the most sophisticated and efficient educational services for the all grades from Nursery to High School level.

Khana-e-Noor School continues the work of its founder in a community based upon its main principles of Education and Social Responsibility for Students. Built upon this base is the pursuit of academic excellence in a stable and secure environment in which the individual sees his or her personal development – academic, athletic, social and cultural – in terms of the community and society building.

Entry into Khana-e-Noor Mazar-e-Sharif is from the age of 4 which is admitted into class Nursery up to grade 9. Contained in the building are Dormitories for the boarders and city students, a Work room, Games room, TV room, Computer rooms, Science Rooms separate Labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, Geometry, Cafeteria, Canteen, Sport Stadium, Library, Book Shop, Academic Block, Administration Block, Morning Assembly Area, Extreme Car Parking, Large Conference Hall, Swimming Pools, Dining Halls, Play Ground, and large lobbies.

The Academic block is consist of Principal Offices and separated into four blocks; Nursery Block, Junior Block, Senior Block and Girls Block which is fully equipped and categorized in sections.
